We have a strategy of scale that is designed to enhance the value of the agency by encouraging the continuous growth of our “core business” i.e Logistics, land/sea/air forwarding and consolidation.
Under the slogan “A total and complete logistics solution for all shipping needs”. The company has promoted its business activities by marketing our services outside the geographical scope of Kenya. We have recruited a highly professional team of logisticians , qualified experienced and committed to deliver consistently a high level of service, while maintaining ethical and professional standards.

THE ORGANISATION
Our offices are strategically located along Mombasa Road, Nairobi Repen Complex, 2nd floor . Our location is only 3KMs away from the Jomo Kenyatta International Airport and 2KM away from the inland container depot has approved to be vital to our clients, as we are definitely accessible by all means of communication.
The company has solicited the banking services of not only one of the largest networked financial institutions in the world , but visibly the strongest and most fluent financial institution in east and central Africa, BANK OF AFRICA(BOA) who are our foreign A/C bankers, maintain all our foreign currency and Kenya shillings accounts.
We have experienced staff, many with more than 5 years working experience in the local and international Freight Forwarding industry.
Our specialized sales team handles sales and service delivery, focusing their attention on market coverage and customer care services.
Our specialized operation team, operating from the Nairobi office and placed within all Kenyan Airports and Sea ports handles all aspects of logistics in each location.
The finance and administration team supports the sales & service delivery and logistics activities and ensures document flow and smooth running and proper administration of the agency offices.

LISTS OF STANDARD PERFORMANCE MEASURES:
Shipments shall be collected from the shipper/importer within a few hours of notice depending on the location of the shipper’s premises.
SSL be available to receive cargo during working hours as indicated above. However, personnel on call shall be available in case there is need to shipments to be received after working hours.
SSL should be notified in advanced whenever necessary arrangements to be made in upfront to facilitate transactions with the contracted airlines/shipping agents.
- Supplier’s invoices, packing lists, insurance certificates shall be collected with the export shipment or import advice to enable expeditious customs process.
- SSL services should be notified of goods that are properly insured
- SSL services shall process documents through customs
- Goods shall be consigned/delivered as per instruction from your office
- All contracted parties (transporters and warehouse owners) shall transact with SSL otherwise indicated or pre-arranged.
All cheques/ payments shall be made on or before fifteenth day (15) of the next month after invoice date unless pre-arranged otherwise. The third party charges will however be demanded in advance or before initial start of your jobs unless otherwise requested or pre-arranged.
